Bill has been with NAI Plotkin since 1990 and offers 25 years experience in all aspects of commercial real estate. His brokerage experience includes disposition and acquisition of office, industrial, R&D, and retail, as well as office/retail leasing where he has successfully represented landlords, tenants, sellers and buyers throughout the Western Massachusetts region. Previously he has served as the managing trustee of the "Berkshire Business Trust", a $170,000,000 retail portfolio. Bill offers a superior sales background and brings a broad range of transaction experience, industry knowledge, and strong analytical skills to every real estate transaction. As Senior Vice President, he is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the commercial real estate division, offering concept-to-completion management of real estate development projects for clients seeking to relocate, expand or renovate. Clients include developers, manufacturing companies, theater and arts organizations, religious institutions, schools, social services, and businesses both small and large. Throughout his career, he has participated in over $300 million in commercial sales and executed more than one million square feet of lease transactions. Significant sales transactions include the Potpourri Plaza, an 84,000/sf building which sold for $7.1 million; Sunshine Art Studios manufacturing building, 212,000/sf that sold for 3.75 million; a Staples retail site, 20,000/sf that sold for 3.2 million.
