Mariclaire brings over 20 years of facility related experience to NAI Plotkin. Her experience encompases a wide range of facility services, such as the coordination of HVAC services, refrigeration, carpentry, roofing, as well as general maintenance and repair items. Since joining the firm in 2007, Mari has been the on-site property manager of One Financial Plaza, a 17-story Class A office building located in Springfield's central business district. Her thorough approach and attention to detail is unparalleled and the level of customer service she brings does not go unrecognized, as evidenced by the following excerpts from letters from our tenants:
