Liam joined NAI Plotkin in 1998 after a successful 5-year career in residential sales, specializing in condominium and investment sales. As property manager, managing over 2,000,000 square feet of commercial property, Liam expanded his expertise to the brokerage side of the commercial real estate business. He brings 18 years experience and a blend of knowledge, understanding and skill in assisting clients in buying and selling commercial buildings, as well as development and investment sites. As a top performer, and Vice President of Brokerage Services, Liam is responsible for managing and overseeing all commercial real estate transactions within the brokerage division. He is highly experienced in the sale and leasing of retail, office and industrial real estate, and he is uniquely proficient in assisting clients in repositioning their holdings. Liam has been involved in more than $30 million in sale/lease transactions in his career. He has been a tremendous asset to many owners in the Greater Springfield and Western Massachusetts region. Significant transactions include the Farm Credit Bank (Co Bank) 100,000/sf corporate headquarters which was repositioned into a multi-tenanted facility; Graybar International Electric Company and the sale of One Financial Plaza, a 330,000/sf "Class A" office building in downtown Springfield that sold for $8,250,000.
